The journaling portion of the 24/7 Project is important. It allows you to respond to what God speaks to you through His Word. Journaling is a way to process and meditate on God’s truth as it applies to you and your life. It isn’t absolutely necessary to journal but we believe so much in the 24-7 Project that we encourage you to try it for 20 days before you make a decision.
