The journaling portion might take a few minutes or it might take much more. A lot of it will depend on how much time you want to devote to it. This is not an assignment to complete. It is an opportunity for us to participate in what God is doing in our lives. It has proven to be powerful in our lives and we believe it will be powerful in yours.
